Meridia One · activity & recovery band

Your body keeps its own time zone.

The method

Three quiet habits, one steadier year

Wear it

Nineteen grams of matte polymer and a strap that dries in minutes. Meridia One is forgettable by design — you put it on at the gate and remember it exists when the morning brief arrives.

Read the morning brief

One screen, three numbers: recovery, strain budget and last night's sleep phases. No streaks, no confetti — a calm summary written for people with a boarding pass at nine.

Adjust the day

Match the plan to the body: push the ridge walk when recovery is high, take the meeting walk-only when it is not. Small corrections, made daily, compound into a very different year.

Overnight readings

What the band reads while you sleep

Sleep phases Light, deep and REM mapped night by night, with a weekly stability view.
HRV trend Heart-rate variability tracked against your own baseline, not a stranger's.
Resting heart rate A nightly RHR record that flags drift before you feel it in the mirror.
Skin temperature Nightly drift from your personal norm — useful after long-haul flights.
Strain score Steps, load and effort rolled into one 0–21 number you can plan around.

Why we built it

Made for lives in transit

Meridia began with a simple observation among people who travel seriously: the harder the itinerary, the less anyone listens to their body. Cabin air, red-eyes, alpine mornings and late decks all register somewhere — and usually the first honest signal arrives as a ruined week.

So we built a band that treats recovery as part of the itinerary. It does not shout. It produces a short, readable morning brief — the same one whether you wake in London, Verbier or a marina in Sardinia — and leaves the decisions to you.

Straight answers, no fine print voice

How long does the battery really last?

Up to 16 days with continuous heart-rate tracking and nightly sleep analysis, based on our field-testing protocol. Heavy use of live workout mode shortens this; a 90-minute USB-C charge returns it to full.

Can I swim, shower and sail with it?

Yes. Meridia One is water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 m) and tested to ISO 22810:2010, so swimming, showering and rain are routine. Rinse with fresh water after salt-water exposure and dry the strap.

Do I need a subscription to see my data?

No. Every metric — sleep phases, HRV trend, strain, temperature drift — is included with the band. The app is free to download and your history exports as CSV at any time.

Which phones does it pair with?

iPhone models on iOS 14 or later and Android phones on Android 9 or later, over Bluetooth 5.3. Pairing takes under a minute and the band stores 7 days of data if your phone stays in the cabin.

What if it simply is not for me?

You have 30 days to wear it anywhere and decide. If it is not a fit, start a return from the contacts page and we refund the full price once the band arrives back in Birmingham — see the Refund Policy.
