Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms govern every order of Meridia One placed through this website. They apply alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are never reduced by these terms.
1. Seller and contract
The seller is Grove Online Store LTD, 5 Orion Building, 90 Navigation Street, Birmingham, B5 4AA, United Kingdom, VAT ID GB 451711024, director Percival Whitlock. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email following your completed request and payment.
2. Product and conformity
Meridia One is supplied as an activity and recovery band for general wellness use. The unit supplied carries UKCA and CE marking and conforms to the Radio Equipment Regulations 2017. Water resistance is rated 5 ATM (50 m) tested to ISO 22810:2010; the rating covers swimming and showering and does not cover scuba diving or high-velocity water sports.
3. Prices and payment
The price of Meridia One is £119 including VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of order. Delivery within the UK is free and tracked. Payment is taken only through the secure payment link issued with your order confirmation; we never request payment by bank transfer outside that flow.
4. Delivery
Orders confirmed before 15:00 on a working day are handed to the carrier the same day. Typical delivery across the UK takes 2–4 working days. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment. If a parcel is delayed beyond 14 days, you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we provide a two-year seller warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including the battery retaining at least 70% of its rated capacity within the first year. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised opening and normal wear of the strap.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not a foreseeable result of a breach. Meridia One is not a medical device and no reliance should be placed on its readings for medical decisions.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier strikes, severe weather or customs disruption. Affected deadlines are extended for the duration of the event; if it lasts over 30 days, either party may cancel with a full refund of sums paid.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order confirmation applies to your contract. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes.
