Refund Policy

Two layers protect you: our voluntary 30-day wear-it-anywhere trial, and your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The longer of the two always applies in your favour.
1. The 30-day wear-it-anywhere trial
From the day your Meridia One is delivered, you have 30 days to wear it as you normally would — swimming, hiking, showering included. If you decide it is not for you, contact us at [email protected] or +44 121 632 4522 with your order reference, and we will arrange a return label from Birmingham. On arrival of the band we refund the full purchase price of £119 to your original payment method, with no restocking fee.
2. Statutory 14-day cancellation
Separately, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To do so, send us an unambiguous statement — an email is enough — before the period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we refund within 14 days of receiving them back, using the same payment method you used.
3. Condition of returned items
The trial is a wearing trial, so signs of normal use are expected and do not reduce your refund. We may deduct from a refund only where handling goes beyond what is necessary to try the product — for example a cracked screen or a lost unit. Please return the band with the strap fitted and, where possible, in its original box.
4. Faulty or not as described
If your band arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or final right to reject with a full refund, and we cover the return cost. Tell us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault, and include a photo if you can.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the band arriving back in Birmingham, and in practice usually within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated; banks may take a further 2–5 working days to show it.
6. Exclusions
The trial covers bands purchased directly through this website. Straps and cables bought separately as spares may be returned unused within 30 days. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' own return policies.
